KILLER FIFTH album from the kings of boogie. Forget Status Quo, forget Foghat and pretend that Savoy Brown never existed because Canned Heat out boogie the lot of them. The best thing about this album is its sheer unrelenting loyalty to the blues and, of course, a bevy of wonderful toons. Stand out track is 'Let's Work Together', a worldwide smash hit single, but cuts like 'Sugar Bee', 'My Time Ain't Long' and the glorious twelve minute 'So Sad (The World's In A Tangle)'.

Wonderful stuff and a milestone blues rock album. Highly recommended.

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Vinyl: Nice clean condition. Spindle marks visible on labels but very little other signs of use. Grades as top Ex

Cover: Superb condition. Issued in a beautifully designed fully laminated gatefold cover - retains nice gloss. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is stiff, square if slightly flatened from storage. Impossible to find like this after 46 years. Grades as top Ex+
