ORIGINAL either 1st Issue (maybe 2nd issue??) MONO / MONAURAL U.S.A. Pressing on BLUE NOTE (BLP 1595)

** VERY THICK "DEEP GROOVE" (on both sides) VINTAGE USA PRESSING 

** 47 WEST 63rd - NYC address on both Labels 

** RVG and the EAR are both in the trail-off grooves on each side

RECORD CONDITION:   Just about VERY GOOD (VG)    ** BOTH SIDES HAVE EXCELLENT GLOSS & EXCELLENT SOUND.  Each side has a good amount (but not too many) of VERY LIGHT SURFACE SCRATCHES THAT ARE NOT AUDIBLE.  There are also some scratches on both sides that are only VERY LIGHTLY AUDIBLE.  None are too distracting to take away from a very enjoyable listening.   There are also NO SKIPS / JUMPS or repeats.    We have played this record 3 times through and it sounds better with each repeated play.   The DEEP GROOVE LABELS have several light spindle trails / thin scuff marks on each side.  Small Pen Writing on one side, a small square piece of masking tape (with writing on it) on the other side

COVER CONDITION:   VERY GOOD (VG)  ** Laminated on the front.  there is a 4 inch long split along the top right hand edge, some very light splitting / light tearing in a 3.5 inch long area along the top left hand edge area.  also some light wear at the tips of the corners.  the spine edge is in very nice shape with no splitting nor any tearing & only some very thin extremely light creasing in a few areas.  there is one very short, very lightly torn spot in the middle of the bottom edge.  the numbers 498 are written in very light pencil in a tiny area on the back (top left hand corner area)
