Description

Offered for sale is an original U.S. release of CANNON'S JUG STOMPERS.  Album is identified as Herwin 208, this double album gatefold set comes with an 8 page booklet.  These are the complete works in chronological order from 1927-1930.  This album is in VG+ condition, most songs track better than this but there are a couple of scratches on some songs, the album's cover is in EXCELLENT(+) shape.  Fantastic collection of 35 historic blues recordings by Gus Cannon with Blind Blake, Ashley Thompson, Hosea Woods, and Noah Lewis.  Some favorites include; "Viola Lee Blues", "Big Railroad Blues", "Pretty Woman Blues", "Fourth & Beale", and "Minglewood Blues".  Winning bidders can combine orders and pay one S/H fee.  Feel secure in knowing that your item(s) will be professionally packaged.  Please feel free to ask any relevant questions.  Shipping to Canada on this one is $9.99, shipping to most everywhere else for $19.99.   Poor boy long way from home.
