RARE original Italian progressive LP
Original 1972 Italian pressing on Bla Bla BBL 11051. Laminated gatefold sleeve and original inner sleeve with lyrics.
This is one of the best attempts by progressive (and other) rock groups at tackling classical composers (in this case Beethoven). A must for any collector of the genre and a very sought-after record valued over $ 400.00 by Italy’s Raro! Record collectors’ magazine.
Conditions:
Sleeve EX;
The laminated gatefold sleeve presents only minor imperfections. Unfortunately the original retailers thought it a good idea to stamp their logo (round and only about 1" in diameter) twice on the inside cover picture. The original inner sleeve with lyrics is also in EX condition.
Vinyl VG+ (play graded)
The labels are clean, but on side 2 two words appear to have been scraped off . The vinyl itself presents only faint paper scuffs, but it has been dulled and spotted by what appears to be residue of a liquid or humidity left to dry on it. Such residue only causes occasional light pops and crackling noises. The resulting sound quality is generally VG+ (VG- for the first half of track 1 side 2 and even EX on several of the tracks where only the typical Bla-Bla rumble can be heard). Satisfaction guaranteed. If not satisfied return the record for refund of amount paid minus shipping and possible banking charges.
