On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Captain Beefheart called "Clear Spot" and is an ORIGINAL 1972 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Reprise label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF CAPTAIN BEEFHEARTS RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  BACK IN 1972 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED IN THE UK, IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT THE PVC COVER IS 100% PERFECT!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  THE PVC COVER FOR THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY FRAGILE - AND IS USUALLY FOUND WITH MULTIPLE SPLITS, OR (USUALLY THROUGH BAD STORAGE) IT HAS 'DRIED UP' GONE HARD & YELLOW AND 'CRACKED'.  BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!  THE PVC COVER FOR THIS LP IS IN AMAZING CONDITION - AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS!!!!  IT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO SPLITS, NO YELLOWING, RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'FLEXIBILITY', NO CRACKS, AND NO DAMAGE!!!!  THIS IS WITHOUT ANY DOUBT THE BEST CONDITIONED 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THE RECORD FOR THIS LP IS ALSO IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION - AND THE 'CARD' INSERT IS SIMPLY SUPERB!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1972 UK 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS REPRISE LABEL, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, 1ST PRESS 'CARD' INSERT, AND 1ST PRESS 'FOLD-OVER' EMBOSSED PVC COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Reprise 1st Pressing from 1972 and is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on MEGA thick quality vinyl!!!!  The Cat. No is K 54007 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Reprise label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing and only a few VERY light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 2 or 3 MEGA light hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINES LIKE NEW!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in what looks to be its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  THE CARD INSERT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION AND CLEARLY HASNT EVER LEFT THE COVER!!!!  The 1st Press PVC 'Fold-Over' Embossed Cover is in AMAZING condition and the BEST I have EVER seen!!!!   It has NO edgewear, NO spinal wear, NO splits, NO cracks, NO yellowing, NO corner wear, NO creases (cover is PERFECTLY flat looking!), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering and even the 'closing flap' on the reverse of the cover is PERFECT and UNSPLIT!!!!  Even the back of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO yellowing, NO grubbyness, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade MINT(Minus)!!!!  AMAZING COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS ULTRA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
