Description
"TROUT MASK REPLICA" by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band. 1968 stereo release by Straight Records(STS 1053). This Lp comes from the basement record shelves of the late Ralph J. Gleason(jazz champion and co-founder of Rolling Stone magazine). I am selling it for his widow, Jean, who is cleaning house. The lower right cover corner has a slight wrinkle, otherwise this is a pristine sealed gatefold Lp and probably includes the lyric sheet. It is possibly a promo copy although there are no markings on the cover identifying it as such. Many of the records in Ralph's library were sent to him by record companies for reviewing.
