Artist : Captain Beefheart Title : Trout Mask Replica Catalogue Number : STS 1053 Matrix Number : STS 1053 A1 / B1 / C1 / D1 Issue : Rare UK 1st Press. The press is complete with the pink, white, black and orange Straight label, the rare earliest matrix and the original heavy card gatefold sleeve. Vinyl Condition : The vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition. The vinyl has a superb original jet black gloss and the grooves show no sign of age or heavy play. There are just a few very light wispy marks. Label Condition : The labels are in EXCELLENT condition. The colours are bright and the text is sharp. There is just the very slightest spindle wear. Sleeve Condition : The sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition. There is a sticker in the corner, a small scuff and a little ring wear however the pink is very bright, the text is sharp and the picture is clear. There is a little edge wear. The whole sleeve is very firm and the inside is superb. Play Condition : The sound is EXCELLENT, there are moments of the slightest noise but these are insignificant, the sound is bold, vibrant, rich and clear.
