CARAVAN: Caravan. Verve SVLP 6011. Stereo. UK orig. 1969

Well, this doesn't turn up too frequently. Caravan's first, and possibly best, album. A simply stunning psychedelic monster to rank up there with the best of them. This copy is in decent condition. The sleeve has no rips or splits, but is a bit creased, and a former owner 'Pete Smith' has kindly written his name on the back in ink (dated 69), but thankfully quite unobtrusively and small. The record is VG, meaning that it has marks and scuffs, but nothing serious. There are no scratches to be felt, and it plays very well. As with quite a few of the items I'm selling, this was my own copy, which served me well till I upgraded. I'm starting this one off at a reasonable price, and putting no reserve on, so let's see what happens.
