ORIGINAL UK 1st PRESS PILLAR SLEEVE
Near impossible to find 1st UK STEREO PRESSING of Caravans fantastic debut LP released in 1969 on the UK MGM VERVE FORECAST record label.
A very nice near excellent copy of one of the rarest and best UK psych/prog LP's.Check out ''popsike.com'' and you will see that only a handful of original UK copies of this album have surfaced for sale in recent years.''popsike.com''' keeps a excellent record of rare vinyl sold at Ebay and other auctioneers.
Vinyl Condition VG+
The record is in very near excellent condition and plays very consistently throughout both sides,the vinyl is very clean with just a few light marks on both sides,these marks are very faint and do not affect the playing of the record,the album plays very well indeed,very near excellent would be a good honest grade.
Sleeve Condition EX
The Garrod & Lofthouse single sleeve is front laminated only and has just a couple of small lamination shifts(Not cover creases) on the front and a few very small spine creases.All three flip-backs are in great shape.as with the vinyl the sleeve is also in very clean condition and is free of defects.the sleeve passes as excellent condition.
Labels EX
Both labels are in excellent shape.
