"A skillfully executed and aggressive masterpiece filled with horrific precision which holds up as a fundamental cornerstone of influence in the death metal scene since it's initial release. Necroticism is not only one of my personal favorite Carcass releases, but I also consider it an all time classic of the genre".
*"Before both a musical and lyrical change in direction with 1993's Heartwork album, the now four piece group, consisting of Jeff Walker (vocals/bass), Bill Steer (vocals/guitar, ex Napalm Death), Ken Owen (drums) and Michael Amott (guitars, at that point ex Carnage, now Arch Enemy), would release the album that many consider to be the peak of their career.
