ALL RECORDS ARE VISUALLY GRADED, UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE, AND MAY REQUIRE LIGHT CLEANING.
45s ARE SHIPPED IN A USED GENERIC SLEEVE UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.
MINT: (M) APPEAR AS NEW, AND UNPLAYED. NO SCRATCHES.
NEAR-MINT: (NM) MAY HAVE LIGHT SCUFFS THAT DOES NOT AFFECT PLAY.
VERY GOOD +: (VG+) RECORD WILL HAVE SCUFFS, A FEW LIGHT SCRATCHES THAT MAY BE HEARD, ESPECIALLY IN SOFT PASSAGES, OR IN THE DEAD AREAS. THIS SHOULD NOT OVERWHELM THE SOUND, OR AFFECT PLAY.
VERY GOOD: (VG) IT WILL HAVE SURFACE SCRATCHES, AND SCUFFS. IT WILL HAVE SOME AUDIBLE SURFACE NOISE WHEN PLAYED, ESPECIALLY IN SOFT PASSAGES AND THE DEAD AREAS. IT MAY HAVE A SLIGHT WARP THAT DOES NOT AFFECT THE SOUND.
VERY GOOD MINUS (VG-) IT WILL HAVE SURFACE SCRATCHES, AND SCUFFS. IT WILL HAVE MORE SIGNIFICANT AUDIBLE SURFACE NOISE WHEN PLAYED, ESPECIALLY IN SOFT PASSAGES AND THE DEAD AREAS. IT MAY HAVE A SLIGHT WARP THAT DOES NOT AFFECT THE SOUND.
GOOD: (G) NOT SO GOOD, THIS GRADE IS ONLY USED FOR A VERY RARE RECORD THAT WOULD NOT BE SALEABLE OTHERWISE. THIS RECORD WOULD BE PLAY GRADED BEFORE BEING LISTED FOR AUCTION.
Grading Picture Sleeves If Applicable
Mint (M) Picture sleeve: Will appear as new with no folded, bent corners, or seam splits.
Near Mint NM Picture Sleeve may have very light creases, or slightly bent corner.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Picture Sleeve may have light ring wear, minor writing, creased, or bent corners, small stickers, blemishes, slight yellowing, and/or foxing.
Very Good (VG) Picture Sleeve may have ring wear, writing, drill holes cut, creased, or bent corners, stickers, or tape, (or their) residue, seam splits. taped seams, blemishes, yellowing, and/or foxing.
Good (G) Not so good, This grade is only used for very rare records that would otherwise not be saleable.
