NEXT WE GO TO 45s OF VARIOUS MUSICAL STYLES FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS - This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1958 PHILIPS RECORDS HOLLAND ISSUE 45 containing the rockabilly classic tunes titled 'Jive After Five' backed with 'Pink Pedal Pushers' from 'Blue Suede Shoes' man Carl Perkins. It is Philips Records Holland catalog number 322 288 BF, 1958 black label tri-center pressing with the tri-center unfortunately having been removed. I do not believe there was an original 1958 UK issue of this 45. Visual condition of play surface is VG with some surface marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play and a couple of surface scratches which can be felt but also have no effect on play - Record plays at a VG+ level with a slight amount of light surface noise. Condition of labels is VG+ with a little light writing in pencil on the A-side label and some contact wear. This scarce vintage Holland press 45 would be a choice addition to any UK press Carl Perkins, rockabilly, or roots rock-n-roll 45 record collection!
