This is on Columbia 41251 Canadian issue released in Sept. 1958
Label has 2 light marks on it .
Shellac is near mint –no visible marks - collector piece.
Shipping costs is $12 to the US or $30 overseas by airmail.

Paypal offers seller protection only with a tracking number, confirmed address and signature of having received the item. Unfortunately I've been scammed a number of times recently on big ticket items with buyers wanting it shipped by regular airmail and then filing a dispute with paypal claiming they never received the item. Paypal automatically sent them a refund because I did not provide a tracking # even though I sent them a photocopy of an official Canada Post Office receipt as proof of shipment
If you pay with a personal check, MO or wire transfer , then shipping is $12 in the US or $31 overseas. This will include insurance up to $100 in case of loss or damage
