Description
This Auction is for:
ARTIST: Carl Perkins – Side A, Sonny Burgess – Side B.
TITLES: A) Her Love Rubbed Off / B) The Prisoners Song – Original 1970s pressing of 1950s recordings never released earlier. It has been asserted that there were 26 records released in the “600 Series”, through # 626. For that and other reasons, such as the absence of reference to the Charly label, or H. Ferrero, or the Barbat Bros., I’m uncertain this disc, # 600, is actually part off the series, which I believe runs only from 601 thru 626.
LABEL/NUMBER: Sun / Charly (?) – 600 – “Sun -600A/B” etched into the run-off areas.
SPEED/SIZE: - 45 RPM – 7 Inches
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: France (?)
DISC CONDITION: VG+ – it looks unplayed, but, with a magnifying glass, I see one very light scratch on the “A” side.
SLEEVE CONDITION: Mounted in a generic sleeve / VG+.
