I'm offering the second studio album by Carly Simon titled "Anticipation", released November 1971 by Elektra Records. 33rpm 12" LP. This a one-sided test pressing record. In stereo. The back has nothing on it. The record is in its original all black jacket and plastic sleeve. Same 5 songs as those on side A of the store-bought album, just more unique than that record. I've owned this since it came out and have never played it. I worked in the entertainment business here in Hollywood and got a lot of records for free. Sometimes duplicates. It's in mint condition. Jacket and sleeve are in very good condition. Combine auctions and save on shipping.

The album was best known for its title track, "Anticipation", which was a top-twenty chart hit in the U.S. The song relates Simon's state of mind as she waits to go on a date with Cat Stevens. The album peaked at #30 on the Billboard Pop albums chart while its leadoff single, "Anticipation", reached #13 on the Billboard Pop singles chart and #3 on the Billboard Easy Listening chart. ©Wikipedia
