Description
Up for auction is an original copy of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana and Paul Hindemith's Symphonic Metamorphosis by Robert Shaw and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. The LP was made in Germany and released in 1981 on the Telarc Label (DG 10056/57). This copy includes the libretto lyric sheet.
The album jacket does have a few issues. There is wear on the four corners and along the edges (see photo). There is also a crease mark on the front cover (see photo). There are also finger prints on the cover. However, the jacket is very clean with little or no record wear showing through. There are no splits on the edges where the records slide in and the spine is in great shape.
The LP's are in excellent condition. They are very clean and shiny with no major scratches or scuff marks. There are a few pops and clicks when playing, but overall the albums are quiet and definitely listenable.
