Description
Carole King "Under the Stars" b/w "Baby Sittin'" 45 rpm record (ABC-Paramount 9986; mono). This rare 1958 teen record by the future songwriting and recording star and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is an original pressing that plays in VG++ condition. It was her second 45 rpm release and recorded when she was 16 years old. Visually, the record looks VG but it plays much better than it looks. It was released four years before her first charted hit "It Might As Well Rain Until September" in 1962. The black labels, which have some ring wear, are otherwise clean, with no writing, stickers or tears. It comes in an ABC-Paramount company sleeve. Winner pays $4 for 1st Class Mail or $8 for Priority postage in the U.S. Postage is $10 to Canada for up to three (3) 45s or $15 for up to three (3) 45s sent to any other location outside the U.S. Double record sets count as two, triple sets count as three, etc. Multiple purchases shipped simultaneously result in big postage savings.
