This is an 1963 VALIANT RECORDS U.S. LP (NOT A RECENT REISSUE) titled 'Rhythm Of The Rain' from John Claude Gummoe's popular vocal group The Cascades.  It is Valiant Records U.S.catalog number 405, thick rigid vinyl deep groove pressing.
