DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Superb...barely a sign of use..laminate nice and tight..edges and corners sharp...spine lettering lovely and clear..rear nice and clean: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful...just a couple of wispy 'paper contact' hairlines only visible under 100w light (Only used for looking at records!), otherwise looks unplayed and has that lovely unplayed 'sheen': EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can

When sending, all records and inner sleeves are separated from their main outer sleeves then both placed in poly sleeves , then in thick card, then in bubble wrapped envelopes for the best protection possible
