Description

Cat Stevens, Tea For The Tillerman: UHQR by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab, vinyl record #MFQR 1-035. This item has been opened, but has never been played, and is in pristine condition. How do I know? I'm the one who bought it in 1982, opened it out of curiousity about the certificate of authenticity, then put it away. In virgin condition. Comes with original UHQR certificate of authenticity, which states: "This was the # 2250 pressing made from the master stamper at the Victor Company of Japan (JVC) plant in Yokohama, Japan during January 1982."        The album is virgin, the album cover and certificate are in mint condition, all foam protectors are still in place, the outer-most box/cover shows the moderate wear of 20 years of no shrink wrap. This is truly as close to "unopened" as one can ever get. This album is pristine.

Important note (2.26.07): While answering a question about this album I noticed some slight damage on the lower left hand corner of the OUTER BOX that I hadn't noticed before. As you see, it doesn't show in the original pics. I have added a macro shot of it. Nevertheless, the info above is still the same. The contents are pristine. The album is still mint. I apologize for missing this earlier, and if it is a problem for the current high bidder, I will understand if you reconsider. Above all, I gotta be honest, right?
