"Cavalcade of London Theatre" is a wonderful collection of excerpts from some of the greatest musicals, theatrical production and comedies.
Released by Decca D140QD1/4) is a four LP boxed set which comes complete with an LP sized12 page booklet with photographs of many of the stars and productions included in the set.
This wonderful boxed set contains over 50 named artists in excerpts from over 50 musical shows from the mid 20s to the mid 70s. Artists include:
Ronnie Barker, Stanlety Baxter, Max Bygraves, Douglas Byng, Noel Coward, Jerry Desmond, Roy Dotrice, Reg Dixon, Bud Flanagan, Joyce Grenfell, Sheila Hancock, Stanley Holloway, Frankie Howerd, Barry Humphries, Hattie Jacques, Miriam Karlin, Davy Kaye, Danny La Rue, Spike Milligan, Bob Monkhouse, Ron Moody, Peter Reeves, Arnold Ridley, Kenneth Williams ..........
and that's just the comedy stars!
