Cecil Leuter - Spectacular Stereo Sounds (Neuilly P2036).

Extremely rare French electronic library LP from 1971. Mental space age concrete soundscapes with drum machine and VCS3 effects. Realized by Cecil Leuter (aka Roger Roger), the man behind the Pop Electronique LP. Cut and paste link for a soundclip that moves through several different tracks.
