Description

Just returned from a fantastic road trip, we're up and running again, ready to offer terrific music to all our customers, old and new!  We will focus on LPs, 45s and 78s and will begin here by offering some serious Jazz gems, all in the condition you've come to expect from Spirit of Sound.  All offerings are visually graded. Should there be flaws, I will certainly describe them to the best of my abilities.  Also, I am pleased to play grade any item on request.
CECIL MCBEE, MUTIMA;  STRATA-EAST SES 7417, 1974 Original.  Stereo.  Cecil McBee, bass and composer. Album features George Adams on tenor and soprano sax along with a dozen other musicians.  Spiritual Jazz. Vinyl clean, shiny with a few very light, barely visible, wispy hairline marks.  Labels clean and pretty.  Jacket with light ring wear front and back, some wear spine and spine corners.  Rare find, very decent copy!!
Spirit of Sound Records, a one of a kind, independent Vinyl LP shop, located in Camden, Maine, featuring new and vintage vinyl from all genres, meticulously cleaned and graded (I scrutinize each LP under a halogen lamp) for customer satisfaction. Owner Byron F. Greatorex comes from a 40 year history of collecting, buying and selling records, including ownership of two previous independent stores in Vermont and Maine. Spirit of Sound aims to please! Present stock includes many gems in the condition and price range that is satisfactory to our customers, both locally and all over the world! Each LP purchased will be cleaned on a VPI Professional Cleaning Machine before shipping. Enjoy shopping with Spirit of Sound. Thanks and Peace to You!
