Killer spiritual / modal session by this heralded fbassist joined by an incredible array of talent that includes Jimmy Hopps on drums, Onaje Allan Gumbs on electric piano, Deedee Bridgewater on vocals, Billy Hart on percussion, Michael Carvin on percussion, George Adams on tenor sax, Lawrence Killian on conga and multiple others. A rare and sought-after release on the great Strata-East Records label.


This is a beautiful copy. The cover has basically no wear and it bright and intact. The vinyl has insignificant sleeve scuffs and is super clean and glossy and plays great. I grade this conservatively: EX/M- (cover/vinyl).
