This is the MEGA RARE GERMAN ONLY FIRST PRESS WITH THE WRONG A-SIDE LABEL.  The disc has the label from Celtic Frost's First mini LP 'Morbid Tales' on the A - Side - this is so rare, the ultimate, original version that is very hard to find as it was quickly replaced with the corrected version.
Original artwork sleeve in EXCELLENT minus condition
Disc in NEAR MINT condition - superb copy - see pics of the labels - so clean 
With original NOISE RECORDS inner sleeve in Excellent condition
