CENTIPEDE - SEPTOBER ENERGY

RCA NEON LABEL 1971 UK FIRST PRESSING WITH HOWARDS GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT PLAYING CONDITION.

Released in 1971, what I am offering here today is this original first UK pressing on the RCA NEON label of this classic double album which features some great artists including Robert Wyatt, Keith Tippett, Ian Carr, Mike Patto, Zoot Money etc under the name of CENTIPEDE and the double album is titled "SEPTOBER ENERGY". Not an album that gets offered too often.

The album comes complete with its original Howards printed gatefold sleeve. These sleeves are normally very grubby due to the nature of them being white with a smooth matt finish. This particular example is in reasonably clean condition with no stickers or splits etc but has a name written on the inner gate.

The Vinyl. The vinyl is in excellent condition. a very clean copy one of the cleanest examples I have seen but plays with some very background noise which may disperse with a good clean.

The Labels. The NEON labels are clean showing virtually no spindle wear but if you look very closely there are faint name written on both labels.

The Sleeve. The Howards printed gatefold sleeve is in reasonably clean condition with no unwanted stickers or splits or tears etc but it is somewhat discoloured and shows some shelf wear along with a name written on the inner gate.

The Inners. The generic inners are clean with no splits or stickers etc.

 

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
