Description
Absolute stunning copy of this rare psych/jazz/prog double album. I would like to grade this Mint but would only do so for an unplayed album. This has only been played a handful of times so I've graded it down to a very generous EX+ for the sleeve and both discs. The labels are immaculate and come with the original black inner sleeves. The cover is unlaminated and has only the slightest of aging. The spine is perfect and all of the text is totally visible. All of the corners of the sleeve have sharp edges. This record has been very well looked after as you can see in the photos. The buyer will be very pleased.

Now, a little history of the album...
Septober Energy is the only album of the jazz/progressive rock big band Centipede. Produced by Robert Fripp under the musical direction of Keith Tippett, it was originally released 1971 in the UK as a double LP, and 1974 in the USA with a different cover. The album was recorded at Wessex Studios, London during three days in June 1971. The album is a four-part suite consisting of four tracks of about 20 minutes each.
