  Il s'agit d'un album d'humour avec l'humoriste populiste Chabanel du Québec faisant référence au bill omnibus présenté en 1967 par Pierre-Elliot Trudeau, alors ministre de la justice du Canada, pouvant se résumer à "l'État n'a rien à faire dans les chambres à coucher de la nation.". Inutile de préciser qu'un tel album avec une pochette caricaturale de ce genre ne serait plus possible aujourd'hui, compte tenu de la rectitude politique.
