Artist : Champignons - Première CapsuleLabel : Private press (Canada, CG 1)
Info : Incredible record from start to finish. Great psych blues action on this one. Privately pressed in 1972 and only released at shows.
GRADING
LP : VG- to VG (many small scratches at the beginning of each sides producing some distracting crackle for the first few minutes (on A1 and in the quiet opening of B1). Plays quite ok after with some occasional pops and clicks)
Cover : VG+(+)
Labels : VG+
NM /// a top copy. Record / Cover / Label : could include minuscule damage, but overall effect is shiny and new. could be opened and played only a few times.
EX /// a strong copy. Record : a few superficial imperfections away from NM. maybe some very light paper scuffs or hairlines that don't affect play. Cover / Label : clean, very light signs of wear or age, faint creasing, slightly bumped corner, etc.
VG+ /// a decent, average copy. Record : few surface marks, superficial hairlines, play with some spots of noise, but overall decent and 100% playable. Cover / Label : small pen writing, creasing, small splits, ringer, light to mid edgewear.
VG /// an ok but below average copy. Record : many light marks and hairlines, some small feelable scratches and usually an even amount of surface noise. Cover / Label : ringwear, edgewear, splits, pen, tape, spindle wear, etc.
VG- // filler copy, way below average. Record : some scratches, moderate to heavy wear, lots of marks and hairlines, light warp. these have a fair amount of noise but are still playable. Cover / Label : very worn, aged and damaged. moderate water damage.
G+/Fair // bad copy, our lowest grade. Record : many scratches, very heavy wear, covered in marks and hairlines, warp, skips. we rarely sell these records unless it's very very rare. Cover / Label : basically non-existent and seriously damaged. serious water damage, moisture.
