This was the 1st issue, on the Maroon 'Deep Groove' DECCA ffrr lable.
Legendary US original bluesman were revered in Europe from the early sixties, and young British enthusiasts were drooling to play in the backing band, not least John Mayall's circle! A couple of The ARTWOODS, TONY MCPHERSON of JOHN LEE'S GROUNDHOGS, and ERIC CLAPTON got the distinction on recording of this LP.
This is a fascinating record to listen to, and is certainly in respectable quality condition, which is especially rare.
Vinyl 1966 UK flat & heavy quality pressing, sounds brilliant!
CONDITION;
The UK 'Deep Groove' pressing VINYL plays EXCELLENT. Sparse surface marks seen under a bright light grade this VG++.
Labels are in clean NM- CONDITION, no pen, stickers or tears. A few spindle marks only.
The single front LAMINATED COVER is VG++, light wear but clean and bright, a name sticker on the rear.
