CHARISMA PROG X 3 LP's - CAPABILITY BROWN / VAN DER GRAAF GENERATOR / REFUGEE.

1. CAPABILITY BROWN - FROM SCRATCH - 1972 Charisma CAS 1056 - UK original LP on 'pink scroll' label (No Inner sleeve), 1st pressing - CAS 1056 A-1U / CAS 1056 B-1U machine stamped matrix  - EX-/EX- (Cover is intact and displays light surface wear and marks plus light corner/edge wear - Vinyl displays just a few more noticeable minor hairlines and surface marks and overall plays near EX but with some occasional light crackle and some minor distortion on 'Garden' and some more noticeable clicks on 'Day in day out' from very slight scratch)

2. VAN DER GRAAF GENERATOR - '68-'71 - 1972 Charisma CS2 - UK original LP on 'pink scroll' label, 1st pressing - CS 2A-1U / CS 2B-2U machine stamped matrix plus 'RAYS' handwritten both sides  - G/EX- (Cover has 2 tears, on bottom edge and back (see pics) - Vinyl displays just one more noticeable light hairline side two and plays EX throughout)

3. REFUGEE - SAME (SELF-TITLED) - 1974 Charisma CAS 1087 - UK original LP on 'large mad hatter' label with 'B&C' credit label plus inner sleeve, 1st pressing - A-1U / B-1U machine stamped matrix plus 'PORKY / PECKO' handwritten  - VG+/VG+ (INNER-VG,  Cover is intact and displays mainly minor wear and creases plus some light surface wear and tear from label removal top right corner - Inner has some minor creases plus a couple of light splits - Vinyl displays more noticeable light surface marks and numerous hairlines but overall still plays VG to EX with some light background crackle and occasional light click)

FURTHER INFO - (Cover is intact and displays some light surface wear and marks and light corner/edge wear - Vinyl itself displays a few more noticeable minor hairlines and surface marks and overall plays near EX but with some occasional light crackle and just some occasional minor distortion side one on 'Garden' plus more noticeable) 

Additional Notes - All items graded using the universal RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM and  PLAY TESTED. Additional gradings used, like VG+,  EX-,  EX+ etc. which I'm sure most people are familiar with. Basically in addition to the usual R.C. gradings, the following apply -

M- The record visually is virtually perfect except for the very faintest of hairline surface marks. Playing, the record is virtually perfect except for the faintest of audible noise in run-ons or between tracks. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve is virtually perfect except for very minor creases from handling.

EX+ The record visually is near perfect except for a few faint hairline surface marks. Playing, the record is almost perfect except for some very minor audible noise in the run-ons or between tracks. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve is almost perfect except for a few very minor creases/wear.

EX- The record visually is almost excellent but displays rather more noticeable hairline and very light surface marks but no scratches. Playing, the record is almost excellent but displays slightly more noticeable noise in run-ons or between tracks (crackle) plus additionally the odd minor 'pop/click'. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve displays rather more noticeable creases/wear or slight discolouration with age but no seam splits.

VG+ The record visually displays noticeable light surface and hairline marks but only the occasional minor scratch. Playing, the record displays light crackle in the run-ons and occasionally between tracks and slight background noise, occasional 'pops/clicks'. The sleeve and/or inner sleeve displays light-normal wear around edges, spine etc. with minor marks but no tears or major defects.
