Original LP on Score Records, Deep Groove 1st USA Pressing.

Upon doing some research, I found out that the first issues of this LP did not come with a picture cover, but an original thick green plain sleeve as is this one.

I was able to find other examples online of the exact green cardboard cover here.

CONDITION:

Disc: Near Mint (No scratches) there are a few tiny stain marks from the pressing plant.

Cover: Plain Green Sleeve, VG++ small number written in top right corner, still in original loose baggie shrink wrap.
