For sale - from my personal collection - the following LP:

TITLE:     THE COMPLETE CANDID RECORDINGS OF CHARLES MINGUS

LABEL:   Mosaic Records, catalog no. MR4-111, STEREO, made in USA (Stamford, Connecticut). Original Mosaic anti-static inner sleeves.

YEAR:    1985. Original pressing.

SPECIAL REMARK:

The 4LP set does not come with the original Mosaic box and booklet but with a generic black outer cover with sticker reading "Charles Mingus-Complete Candid Recordings 4LPs" (as shown in the first photo). I acquired this set like this about twenty years ago from the original owner who discarded the box due to damage (booklet was misplaced).

CONDITION:

- the outer cover is VG+/Exc. both sides

- all 4 LPs are MINT - look unplayed (visual grading)

COMMENTS

17 tracks recorded by Charles Mingus for Candid Records. Anthology type album. Great early modern jazz music rendered in a bop / hard bebop style. Highly recommended!
