This gritty post WWII noir originates from the popular television series which ran from 1951-1955. The score was composed by French Paul Durand and partially by Swedish Charles Norman, to be published by MGM on this rare EP

Jacket :    EX+  

Strong cardboard cover in EX+ condition, corners quite sharp, no bumps, seams and spine in excellent condition, with NO creases, very light ring wear on both sides and a small yellowish spot on back cover, barely visible below the top right corner, payable by the exudation of a little sticker, perfectly removed.  

Vinyl :   VG+

The vinyl looks played with care with a few visual little signs on both sides producing very light background noise, but not intruding the music. An old plastic sleeve has left a "spider web" mark on both surfaces, but this has absolutely no influence on the sound quaìlity.

Catalogue/Label :

EP MGM X 1323, 1956 original first and only US pressing.

Labels are clean and bear no sign of wear or deterioration. Please, look at my label scans.

GRADING CODE

Grading is VISUAL, under a bright light. 

        NM  (Near Mint): Record has been opened, and probably played, but is in impeccable condition. I do not use "mint".

EX   (Excellent): Has signs of use or storage, but still considered top collection quality. Jackets may display some very light wear; vinyl may have a few light sleeve marks only visible in the highest light. Sound will full and clear, with little if any noise (NOTE, some records are just pressed poorly).

VG+ (Very Good Plus): Still a great copy but has a bit more wear. Vinyl may have some light scuffs or scratches, but nothing deep. Jacket may have some ringwear or seamwear. Sound should be great, with minimal if any noise.

VG  Very Good): A great play copy but clearly used. Vinyl will display many hairline scuffs or scratches, but will play with a tolerable amount of noise. Jacket may have splits and wear but will not be falling apart.

VG-(Very Good Minus): A used or worn copy, that has not been taken good care of. Vinyl will have many scuffs or scratches, but play through enjoyably despite audible background noise. Covers will have tears, splits, writing, or other issues. 

 G  Fair, Poor: A very rough copy. Will play through without skipping unless otherwise noted, although records of this grade are sold AS-IS.
