CHARLIE MINGUS “THE BLACK SAINT AND THE SINNER LADY” IMPULSE A-35 MONO
For sale is an original issue of The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady by Charlie Mingus. This is an original 1963 MONO Impulse A-35 vinyl album.
The cover is NM-. It would be NM except I downgraded it because there is a name written in blue pen (upper inside right). Cover construction is excellent with crisp corners and solid construction. See the photos.
BUT….
THE RECORD ITSELF IS A BEAUTY…NM-…HIGH GLOSS…PRISTINE (PERFECT) LABELS.
There are a couple of pops on the lead-in grooves on both sides. But when the music plays it is pure music…so I’ll stick with the NM rating since it doesn’t affect the music at all! I am confident that you will find this to be true.
The record has been ultra-sonic cleaned.
I could not get any good pictures of the vinyl itself (or the matrix number) because of the high gloss reflections. But you can be sure it is as described.
A rare find…don’t see too many of these is such great condition.
