CHARLIE PARKER & ARNE DOMNERUS in sweden with Rolf Ericsson
One of the legendary Swedish recorded records with Charlie Parker, only a few hundred pressed and unfortunatly Oktav was not the best presses at this time, quite often with pressing bubbles or wavy vinyl. This is also the case on this one.
Condition
Sleeve: VG to VG+
The back is quite more yellow / brown than it used to be. Quite common with this era in Sweden
Record: VG
Record doesn´t have much scuffs or marks BUT it have quite a wavy surface due to the pressing plant Oktav used at this time. Lots of jazz records on Oktav had this. It is not a quality pressing as it bakes some pops / noise but the music is nice and if you don´t expect perfection it is OK. I am not sure if you find a copy without the pressing waves if it would play better. Music is stellar!
