Up for bids is a great, stereo Jazz LP by Charlie Rouse called "Bossa Nova Bacchanal". Blue Note Records. BLP 84118. 1963.MID TO LATE 60'S PRESSING.
"BLUE NOTE RECORDS • A DIVISION OF LIBERTY RECORDS, INC." ADDRESS ON BOTH LABELS.
Both sides' Trail-Off's have stamped "VAN GELDER"!
"?" SYMBOL AT THE BOTTOM OF BOTH LABELS.
Mono cover with "STEREO" sticker on front cover.
Front of cover is laminated.
"43 West 61st St., New York 23" ADDRESS, BOTTOM-CENTER, ON BACK OF COVER.
Comes with Liberty Records inner sleeve in VG++ condition.
NOTE:
The grades I use are Mint (rarely used grade), Near Mint, VG+++ (rarely used grade), VG++, VG+, VG, VG Minus, Good+, Good, Fair and Poor.
Cover is in VG++ condition. Front is in really nice shape. Back of cover has some light wear and browning by the edges. No splits! All cover sides are completely intact! How about that spine photo! Strong and sturdy, this is a prime example of this cover!
I would rate the record’s condition as VG++ to Near Mint. Looks gorgeous with some visual superficial marks that do not affect play. Record still sounds great on my player! GOD BLESS BLUE NOTE & VAN GELDER!
