Description
CHARLIE ROUSE, The Chase Is On, UK Parlophone Gold label mono LP - just about the rarest UK Jazz LP and in fabulous condition. The cover is EX+ - barely any wear and very clean and would have graded Near Mint, other than a handwritten number top right on the rear cover. The vinyl is so close to Near Mint with no spindle marks and only the lightest marks to indicate it has been removed from the cover. This was a reviewers copy and has the Parlophone sample sticker on side 2. US examples on the Bethlehem label sell for around £350 - this is way rarer on the UK Parlophone label.
