Description
Up for auction is a really nice copy of the Cheater Slicks 1st LP titled “On Your Knees”. Issued in 1989 on Gawdawful Records LP-37. Eleven songs of messed up rockin’ blues trash garage noise. Includes Merle Allin playing bass guitar (GG’s brother).
Visually vinyl LP is Mint Minus or nicer. No real scuffs or hairlines. Just bright, clean high gloss. Plays loud, clear, crisp and new sounding clean. This LP has been played very little and looks and sounds like brand new. Center label is clean, bright, has a little label cracks around center hole which looks like a pressing flaw.
Outer cover is clean, bright colored, has nice and decent spine, seams and corners with just a light bit of overall shelf wear or aging. There is the date “FEB 19, 1990” stamped with ink inside cover opening edge. (about 1/4” x 1”). Cover grades VG+ to VG++/ A nice copy of this 1st LP release.
