Description
Please read my description carefully before bidding. I will ship the item worldwide and will accept a free return if it doesn't match the listing description.
This one is the 1st mono pressing of CHET BAKER's Plays The Best Of Lerner & Loewe. Riverside Records RLP 12-307. With Chet Baker's Autograph on the back cover. Read "Chet Baker -1973-" (Please see photos).
Very Rare for Serious Collectors. You could put its cover to a chic frame and hang on your listening room or show room. That will give you more music appreciations.
This is an original issue from Riverside Records, released in 1959, not a reissue version. Blue Labels and Deep Groove on both labels. One of the best cool jazz by Chet Baker and his team. With Bill Evans on piano of some tracks. Very Rare item.
Chet Baker (trumpet), Herbie Mann (flute, tenor saxophone), Zoot Sims (tenor saxophone, alto saxophone), Pepper Adams (baritone saxophone), Bob Corwin and Bill Evans (piano), Earl May (bass), Clifford Jarvis (drums).
The vinyl looks bright and glossy. I've played test this record on my system and it plays NM on Side 1. On Side 2, it plays beautiful except its stuck on track 2. Thus I rated Side 2 only "G-"
The cover is rated NM-. Strong but has small bruise on upper seam. The spine is intact and readable.
The record is play graded as well as visually. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-. You will be satisfied.
