Description
40 Blue Fingers, Freshly Packed and Ready to Serve is the debut studio album by the British blues band Chicken Shack, released in 1968.The album reached number 12 in the UK Album Charts. Piano, organ and vocals were provided by Christine Perfect who was later to join Fleetwood Mac, marry John McVie and become Christine McVie.
This album has three Freddy King covers; "Lonesome Whistle Blues", and "See See Baby" from Freddy King Sings; and "San-Ho-Zay" from Let's Hide Away And Dance Away.
This is a mono record with the stereo stamp on the back of the outer sleeve (see photos). Record is shiny and clean with some light surface marks and a couple of light hairline marks on side two. Labels have a little age discoloration. Sleeve is glossy with a price sticker on the front top corner, a little sticker residue underneath the price sticker, minor creasing on the front right middle some edge wear on the spine (see photos). Grading is visual only.
