I have for auction from my own collection this stunning original release by Chicken Shack.It took me a long time to find a copy in this condition,it is exceptional.This is a rare opportunity for collectors of Chicken Shack albums to add this highly collectable item to their collection.The laminated gatefold sleeve has a near perfect spine and appart from a few minor creases it looks superb.A grading of at least exc+ is i feel a fair one.
The vinyl is in superb condition,with all its original shine and lustre.If examined under strong light i can find just a couple of faint hairlines.These are not scratches,probably just sleeve drag marks and do not in anyway affect the audio sound quality.I have played this album on my £18,000 Linn Naim system before listing it and found the pressing to be superb,with very little surface noise.You will struggle to find a better pressing than this one.This record has been in my collection for about 25 years,with my high end system all my records must play very well.Because of the couple of light marks i will give a visuall grading of exc++.Audio quality is on a par with a visually mint grading. Jacket and vinyl have been kept in protective sleeves.
