The vinyl is in Excellent condition...a couple of faint surface marks are visible in a strong light, they are superficial.
The Sleeve is Excellent.
I have been a record trader for 25 years and I would say that my grading of records (ie judging the condition of records such as mint, excellent, vg, good, etc.) is accurate 99% of the time (nobody's perfect!) If you win an item and you disagree with my grading, please contact me so that we can resolve the matter amicably. I am always willing to offer a refund.
I send all my records in solid card mailers which are further strengthened with cardboard stiffeners. So you can rely on your prized item arriving in the same condition that it left me.
