Visually graded condition of disc: Near Mint (never been played)  
Has maybe one or two nearly invisible hairline marks from the original inner paper sleeve which has now been replaced with a polyvinyl one. Light paper scuff near one edge will have no affect whatsoever on play. Scratch-free. Has never been played.

Condition of sleeve: I bought this myself in a cut-out bin back in the late 60's maybe very early 70's. There's a possibility it was packaged here in the States, but absolutely no way to tell. Shrink is still complete - from what I can see by studying it the best I can with shrink on it, that the cover looks to be in perfect condition. Original laminated light-cardboard (typical of UK pressings from that era) - gatefold sleeve. The only 'issue' (and this is really minor) is that the gatefold sleeve originally had two openings - one for the LP and the other (the top of the gatefold) was glued shut. The glue has given after nearly 48 years so it now it has two openings, but after you remove the shrink, you can easily re-glue this yourself if you really want to. Myself? I'd leave it the way it is. But that is up to you. Price sticker is on the outside shrink.
Use the zoom feature (if it's working today) to study all pics carefully.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
