Cantonese instrumental music on an early U.S. Victor pressing 

with a sticker affixed saying, "Special Record Manufactured for the 

Gramophone Co. Ltd., Hayes, Middlesex, England".  Strangely, 

there is also an additional sticker on one side, from a record 

lending library in Vienna, Austria. 

The matrix numbers on one side of the record, "7184" and a  

handwritten "1773", may indicate that this side had already been 

issued earlier on a one-sided disc. Which means that it may 

have been recorded before ca. 1909.
