CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG - ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK
UNITED ARTISTS LABEL 1968 FIRST UK STEREO PRESSING WITH ERNEST J DAY OUTER LAMINATED FLIP BACK GATEFOLD SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Released in 1968 on the UA label, I am offering today this original first UK STEREO pressing of this soundtrack album to the family classic CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG which features music by SHERMAN & SHERMAN. The vinyl is in excellent condition, clean with no sticks or skips and features some great tracks including Dick Van Dyke's ME OL BAM BOO & HUSHABYE MOUNTAIN as well as Sally Ann Howes's DOLL ON A MUSIC BOX and Lionel Jeffries POSH. Every track is a classic.
The album comes complete with its original Ernest J Day outer laminated flip back gatefold sleeve which is in clean excellent condition. Needless to say it has no splits or unwanted writing etc but is slightly misaligned as caused in the manufacturing. Overall a clean example.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through superbly. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc but I noticed some light background noise on side 2 an overall nice example of this classic soundtrack.
NOT EASY TO FIND THESE DAYS ESPECIALLY AS A STEREO ORIGINAL.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually & audibly is in excellent condition. I have just played it through and can state that it plays with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc but there was some light background noise on side two overall a very nice playing example.
The SLEEVE, The Ernest J Day outer laminated flip back gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition with fully legible spine text and no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc but has a small sticker on the back panel.
The LABELS, The labels are very clean, Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The generic inner sleeve is clean and free from stickers, unwanted writing or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
