Vinyl: M- (Immaculate, I only use "Mint" for sealed records)
Cover: VG Some creases, a small tear (hardly noticeable) from sticker removal back cover. Some separation, running about 3"in from opening.

Update: Today I double-checked all the vinyl I'm selling in the brightest light possible and I noticed some very faint marks on this record. Nothing that changes the grading - it's still NM.  Just want to be as upfront and honest as possible.  I'm a collector, too.  Thanks for your interest in my auction.
