THE THREE OUT – MOVE. 1960 QUITE RARE original GREEN and GOLD COLUMBIA LABEL 33-OSX-7639 recorded in 1960. Mike Nock, piano; Freddy Logan, bass; Chris Karan, drums.
Record was cleaned with “SPIN CLEAN Record Washer MKII, but still shows very obvious signs of marks and scratches on both sides of LP. See pix.
The record was played on a TECHNICS SL-23 Turntable with a SHURE M91ED Cartridge, tracking at 1.75 gms weight.
VINYL: There were obvious crackles and clicks on Side 1 with some loud clicks in softer passages, and between tracks, but no apparent skips or jumps. Side 1 also has signs of a sticker being removed as the label has a tear across top.
Side 2 jumps one track at the very start of LP followed by several loud clicks then occasional crackles in softer passages. I have tried to be as honest as possible regarding the condition of the vinyl, given the equipment played on and visual checking.
