Here’s a copy of a very rare and highly acclaimed folk-psych or acid psych album,. It was the band’s only LP and is considered by some to be the most beautiful folk-psych album of them all ! It is full of stunning songwriting and performances throughout and features the wonderful female lead vocals of Nancy Nairn.. If you like Affinity meets Trees and Simon Finn, this might be down your alley! The twelve pieces of music contained within its grooves are unlike any others recorded before or since. Flitting butterfly-like between the gossamer-light acoustics of 'Cynthia Gerome', the fuzz-drenched satire of 'Father's Getting Old' and the ragtime psychedelia of '30 Poplar', the album takes lush woodwind and string arrangements, full-on acid-rock weird-outs and unbearably delicate jazz vibes and mixes them up into one giant bittersweet birthday cake. A must!
