Bo Diddley and Chuck Berry
Two Great Guitars
Chess 515023 (stereo) made in France
Autographed by Chuck Berry with a gold marking pen and he also added a smiley face. Also autographed, in silver marking pen, "to Mike from Bo Diddley". Finally, signed in silver marking pen by the late Johnnie "B. Bad" Johnson, Berry's longtime collaborator and piano sideman. All the signatures have a "92" added. Obtained by a tour stagehand from St. Louis.
Record VG+ The vinyl has a beautiful gloss with just a very few soft needle marks. The labels are clean and in excellent condition.
Cover VG++ Both cover faces have a nice gloss and no wear. The front has a few short surface crease marks along the perimeter but nothing that detracts from the cover's image or the autographed area. Except for a small ding in the bottom right corner, the seams are tight and the corners sharp.
Grading is visual unless indicated otherwise.
Domestic shipping is by USPS with confirmation. Insurance is optional and provided at cost upon request.
Single lp airmail to Canada is 7.00. Other international shipping is 13.00 by Global Priority Mail. Double album or each additional lp is 3.00 extra. Surface mail and/or insurance is available and will be quoted upon request. Customs Declaration will show item as merchandise and state value as the actual sales price.
